We told you how serious we were about coffee, didn’t we? Here at Bello Coffee & Tea we roast all of our beans ourselves. Having fresh amazing coffee is, after all a large part of our philosophy, how could we settle for anything less? We never roast more beans than we need. It takes a bit more work, but it’s worth keeping the beans at their prime. Never keep beans more than a week as beans start to lose their flavor after a week, so only buy what you need!
